Laguna del Mar, a beautiful, custom, master-planned, resort-style community that features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and 141 acres of crystalline saltwater lagoons at the edge of Mexico’s Sea of Cortez, needed everything – a consistent brand, awareness, visibility and most of all eager buyers.
To sell custom home sites and community memberships throughout the Southwest, we integrated the media decisions, designed and produced the graphics and copy for advertising, brochures, billboards, signage, media kits and invitations to and scenics for special events. We continue to receive a stream of inquiries from individuals (such as the PGA) and publications (like the Robb Report) across the U.S.
